At Sway&Co, we want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items. To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or intimate apparel for hygienic reasons.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Email our customer service team at swaycoinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive a return shipping label, along with instructions on how to send the items back to us.
  3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and ship them back.

Please note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow extra time for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times can vary by bank.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply return the original item and place a new order on our website.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [customer service email], and we’ll make it right by sending you a replacement or processing a full refund.
